We used the scores of these nodes to further trim down the list to have 10 final nodes (AKT, AR, cFLAR, EGFR, ERK, HSPs, MYC_MAX, SPOP, and PI3K) and added seven other nodes whose genes are considered relevant in cancer biology, such as AR_ERG fusion, Caspase8, HIF1, GLUT1, MEK1_2, p14ARF, ROS, and TERT (Table 1).
