Long-term treatment with GST30 mg/kg and GST60 mg/kg resulted in a significant rise in the level of PPAR gamma protein in brain homogenate [one-way ANOVA: F(5,25) = 1.616, p < 0.001] and CSF [one-way ANOVA: F(5,25) = 0.266, p < 0.001] as compared to the PPA-induced autism group. This evidence concerns the gene PPARG and autism.
