Min et al. [114] used doses of 0, 1, 5, and 10 μM, and presented that rottlerin not only inhibits keratinocyte (HaCaT and NHEKs cells) proliferation and induces their apoptosis but also significantly blocks secretion of psoriasis driving cytokines including TNF-α, IL-6, IL-17, IL-22, and IL-23. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and psoriasis.
