GAPDH and ovarian cancer: Thirteen proteins, namely ALDH1A1, ANXA2, CAPG, EEF1A1, GAPDH, HNRNPA1, LGALS3, MDH2, PGAM1, PKM, PNP, PRDX3 and TPI1, were primarily associated in the top networks of “Carbohydrate Metabolism, Cellular Movement and Cellular Response to Therapeutics”, which lead towards the execution of ovarian cancer cell death.
