The gene expression of these chemokine receptors (Ccr2, Ccr5, and Cxcr2) in the colitis group fed with feed containing high-molar-mass oat beta-glucan (CβGh+) was significantly lower compared to the CβG− group and was at a similar level as in the control group (HβG−) at both time points. This evidence concerns the gene CCR5 and colitis.
