Meeting all the cutoff criteria across all the data set analyzed, MAN2A2/TNFRSF12A/SPP1/CSNK1D/PLAUR/PFKFB3/CXCL16 (herein we termed it MTSCPPC signature) was identified as a novel pathological signature of myocardial infarction and was used for subsequent analyses.
