The use of bisphosphonates in patients with osteoporosis reduces the production of BMP-2, while CGF or treatment with resveratrol combined with CGF instead promotes the production of BMP-2, and they have a positive role on osteoblasts in patients treated with bisphosphonates [150,151,155,156,157,158,159,160,201]. This evidence concerns the gene BMP2 and osteoporosis.
