A statistically significant difference was observed in the CCL19 mRNA expression level between tumor tissue (NSCLC) and control tissue (p = 0.019, Mann-Whitney U-test), with a higher CCL19 mRNA expression level in tumor tissue (median RQ: 1.052 and 0.709, respectively) (Figure 1).
