As shown in the Figure S5, the protein expression of BRD4 was not significantly changed after ACP-1n treatment (12 h, 10 μM) in several CRC cell lines, but there was significant reduction in the numbers of BRD4 puncta (representing BRD4 assembly) following ACP-1n treatment (12 h, 10 μM) (Figure 2A); these data suggest that ACP-1n specifically targets BRD4 phase separation in vitro. Here, BRD4 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
