Patient with palliative chemotherapy: In one out of nine stage II patients (BRAF variant) who received chemotherapy after diagnosis of systemic nodal progression more than one year after primary surgery (LB-CRC-07), ctDNA VAF decreased from 0.82% (±0.30%) to undetectable ctDNA alongside partial remission and stable disease. This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and colorectal carcinoma.
