Amongst these 77 genes containing novel acceptor and donor splicing aberrations, we found known onco- and tumor-suppressor genes such as CDK2, BRD9, NACA, ZNF638, PPP2R5A, NONO, STIP1, and SMARCD2, as well as 21 onco- and tumor-suppressor genes with other forms of differential exon usage (Supplementary Table S6). Here, CDK2 is linked to neoplasm.
