Moreover, the combination of 10 markers (CD151, TSPAN8, NY-ESO-1, HER2, CD171, EGFRvIII, SFTPD, flotillin-1, CD142, and mucin16) showed the largest AUC performance for the discrimination between lung cancer with all subtypes and noncancer, whereas the model with another combination of 10 markers (CD151, TSPAN8, CD171, SFTPD, CD82, PLAP, NY-ESO-1, HER2, flotillin-1, and mucin16) had the largest AUC value for the classification of lung patients with the AC subtype.
