ERBB2 and breast carcinoma: In the subgroup analysis, olaparib was associated with an absolute increase of 19% of 3-years invasive DFS in ER+/HER2- breast cancer patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy (86% vs. 67%, hazard ratio 0.52, 95% CI 0.25–1.04), although not statistically significant probably because of the low number of patients (N = 196, 11% of all patients) [75].
