In Non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma and acute myeloid leukemia, c-Myc was also reported to regulate the gene transcription by recruiting HDAC3 [44,45], while HDAC1/2 were most likely to be recruited to the promoter of MYC and regulated the transcription of MYC [46,47]. This evidence concerns the gene HDAC1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
