Additionally, IHC staining showed 3 types of Ezrin expression: faint cytoplasmic staining in scattered cells indicated weak expression in the prostate cancer group, heterogeneous cytoplasmic staining in tumor cells indicated moderate expression in the prostate cancer-lymph node metastasis group, and dense cytoplasmic staining in all tumor cells indicated strong expression in the prostate cancer-bone metastasis group (Figure 1(b)).
