As shown in Figure 1(a), the expression levels of IP6K2 in bladder cancer (BLCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) were significantly increased; however, in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), and kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), IP6K2 showed decreased expression. This evidence concerns the gene IP6K2 and carcinoma of esophagus.
