High level of miR-34a was related to coronary artery disease independently [OR [95% CI: 3.87 (1.56-9.56)]; P = 0.003] and the increased level was associated with expression of SIRT1, JAG1,CTNNB1, ATF1, and Notch2 inversely (88). Here, JAG1 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
