The results revealed that high expression of SLC30A1 (HR=2.09, 95% CI: 1.28-3.41, and log-rank P=0.0027), SLC30A6 (HR=2.07, 95% CI: 1.2-3.57, and log-rank P=0.0078), SLC30A8 (HR=1.62, 95% CI: 1-2.61, and log-rank P=0.046) and SLC30A10 (HR=2, 95% CI: 1.25-3.19, and log-rank P=0.003) was associated with worse overall outcome in cervical carcinoma patients (Figure 6C). This evidence concerns the gene SLC30A6 and cervical carcinoma.
