Data in the UALCAN database revealed that mRNA expression of SLC30A1 (p=1.99651406518342E-12), SLC30A7 (p=3.075600E-03) and SLC30A10 (p=2.64249733206157E-11) were significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues, while SLC30A2 (p=4.340500E-03) and SLC30A8 (p=4.064400E-03) mRNA levels were decreased compared to normal tissues. Here, SLC30A2 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
