Immunohistochemical staining analysis of prognostic genes in lung cancer tissues from The Human Protein Atlas showed that the expression levels of CENPF were significantly higher than that in the normal lung tissue, the expression levels of CYSLTR1 were significantly lower than that in the normal lung tissue, the expression levels of GLDN were significantly higher than that in the normal lung tissue and the expression levels of PIGR were significantly lower than that in the normal lung tissue (Figure 6C). This evidence concerns the gene PIGR and lung carcinoma.
