Specifically, exposure of T84 cells to CDI-FW caused a significant (p < 0.05) decrease in cell viability (Figure 1) along with increased production of several pro-inflammatory markers, including the chemokines IL-8 and CXCL5 and the cytokines TNFSRF8, IL-32, and MIF among others (Figure 2).
