As shown in Fig. 2A, B, mRNA expression levels of CBLL1, ELAVL1, HNRNPA2B1, IGF2BP1, IGF2BP2, IGF2BP3, LRPPRC, RBM15, RBM15B, YTHDF1, YTHDF2, and YTHDF3 were significantly higher in tumor samples than in healthy samples, while the expression levels of FTO, METTL14, METTL16, WTAP, YTHDC1, YTHDC2, and ZC3H13 were decreased in tumor samples.
