To investigate the potential role of the EMT-related lncRNA signature in ICB therapy for HCC, we performed a correlation analysis between risk score and 10 immune checkpoint targets (CTLA4, TIM-3, PD-L1, PD-L2, PD-1, IDO1, GITR, HDAC2, B7-H3, and VISTA) and found close correlations (Figure 6B), suggesting that the signature can predict the outcome of ICB therapy in HCC patients.
