To investigate the potential role of the EMT-related lncRNA signature in ICB therapy for HCC, we performed a correlation analysis between risk score and 10 immune checkpoint targets (CTLA4, TIM-3, PD-L1, PD-L2, PD-1, IDO1, GITR, HDAC2, B7-H3, and VISTA) and found close correlations (Figure 6B), suggesting that the signature can predict the outcome of ICB therapy in HCC patients. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
