The factors time to return of spontaneous circulation (odds ratio [OR] 1.12, 95% CI 1.06–1.19, p < 0.001), the (not) use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin II receptor blocker (OR 0.20, 95% CI 0.04–0.91, p = 0.04) and baseline creatinine (OR 1.05, 95% CI 1.03–1.07, p < 0.001) were found to be independently associated with the development of AKI.
