GLP1R and obesity disorder: We highlight two important findings in this programming model: (1) The role of signals from the intestine as an important peripheral site for regulating food intake and (2) although few studies have been conducted, SL females present a profile similar to the profile of SL males (hyperphagia, obesity, and gut dysbiosis); however, we evidence a sex dimorphism regarding fecal SCFAs, GLP1, and CCK receptors in the hypothalamus, suggesting dysregulation of the gut‐brain axis.
