After bioinformatics analysis (Figures 4B–D), GO and KEGG analyses revealed that the top five pathways named ribosome, focal adhesion, carbon metabolism, protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum, and PI3K-AKT signaling pathway were most relevant to the anti-osteoporosis efficacy of BGSSD (Figure 4E). Here, AKT1 is linked to osteoporosis.
