The results indicated that BGSSD may exert anti-osteoporosis effects through upregulating the pathways of the ribosome, focal adhesion, protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum, carbon metabolism, PI3K-AKT, and so on, and the anti-osteoporosis mechanism of Rhizoma Drynariae may be related to the promotion of functions of ribosome, endoplasmic reticulum, and cell adhesion to a certain extent. Here, AKT1 is linked to osteoporosis.
