To identify potential tumor-promoting genes in the 1q21.3 locus of interest, we performed survival analysis of ENSA and GOLPH3L in the Kaplan–Meier plotter database and observed that elevated expression of ENSA, not GOLPH3L, was linked with poor relapse-free survival in TNBC and basal-like breast cancer (Fig. 1e, f). The gene discussed is GOLPH3L; the disease is breast carcinoma.
