Particularly, we demonstrated that ADRB3 can (i) reactivate dormant BC cells, (ii) prevent the transdifferentiation of MCF-7 cells into adipocyte-like cells, (iii) regulate nucleolar assembly and (iv) promote the expansion of MDSC through stimulation of myelopoiesis and inhibiting of the differentiation of myeloid cells. This evidence concerns the gene ADRB3 and breast cancer.
