CD4 and neoplasm: Figure 5A shows the tumor-infiltrating immune cell composition in each sample. Among the 22 immune cell types, the levels of infiltration of plasma cells, non-activated macrophages (M0), and cytotoxic CD8+ T cells were significantly different between the OS low- and high-risk groups (Figure 5B). For DFS, the levels of infiltration of memory CD4+ T cells and M0 and proinflammatory (M1) macrophages were significantly different between the two groups (Figure 5C).
