As shown in Figure 6H, the area under the curve of TRIM28, TRIM37, TRIM45, and TRIM59 is 0.945 (95% CI: 0.920–0.971), 0.878 (95% CI: 0.843–0.913), 0.953 (95% CI: 0.930–0.976), and 0.922 (95% CI: 0.892–0.952) strongly suggesting that all of the selected TRIM family members could effectively differentiate HCC patients. This evidence concerns the gene TRIM28 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
