MAPK14 and neoplasm: Specifically, Mapk14 expression was not significantly correlated with tumor purity (p = 0.85) but significantly positively correlated with the abundance of infiltration of several immune cell types, including CD8+ T cells (r = 0.175, p = 3.99e-04), neutrophils (r = 0.235, p = 2.03e-06), dendritic cells (r = 0.243, p = 8.08e-07), B cells (r = 0.153, p = 1.97e-03), CD4+T cells (r = 0.302, p = 6.36e-10) and macrophages (r = 0.351, p = 3.76e-13) (Figure 7C).
