KPNA2 and colonic neoplasm: Previous reports indicate that KPNA2 contributed to the inflammatory processes in tumors (Cai et al., 2016) and was also involved in the carcinogenesis of various malignancies such as melanoma (Yang et al., 2020b), HCC (Zan et al., 2019), colon cancer (Takada et al., 2016), and so forth, and high expression of KPNA2 was associated with poor outcomes of patients.
