Five—Using STRING database, we found that it had interactions with several proteins involved in different cancers such as TXNDC9 (Feng et al., 2020b), GXYLT2 (Cui et al., 2019), POFUT1 (Chabanais et al., 2018), XXYLT1(Zeng et al., 2021), FLNA (Guo et al., 2018), and ZC3H12C (Suk et al., 2018) (Figure 4). The gene discussed is TXNDC9; the disease is cancer.
