Apart from cancer mentioned above, TSN was found to possess anti-proliferation effects on some other types of tumor, such as glioblastoma, leukemia, ovarian cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, etc., with IC50 values ranging from 5.4 to 900 nM (Zhang B. et al., 2005; He et al., 2010; Cao et al., 2016; Gao et al., 2019).
