We included four luminal (MCF-7, T47D, ZR-75-1, MDA-MD-134 VI), one HER2-positive (SKBR-3), eight basal Vimentin-positive (MDA-MB-436, MDA-MB-231, HCC38, HCC1395, BT459, CAL-51, HDQ-P1, and Hs578T), and two basal Vimentin-negative breast cancer cell lines (DU4475, HCC1806), fibroblasts, and PBMCs (Table 5).
