Recent studies have demonstrated that H19 inhibits the development of CVD [32].H19 interacts with miR-130a-3p and miR-17-5p to modify the radioresistance and chemosensitivity of cardiac carcinoma cells [33], and protects against acute myocardial infarction by activating autophagy in mice [34]. This evidence concerns the gene H19 and myocardial infarction.
