The intake of dietary AGEs CML, CEL, and MG-H1, assessed from two 5-day food diaries at weeks 1 and 4 of the dietary intervention, were markedly different during the low- and high-AGE diets, with daily intake for CML of 2.63 ± 0.68 mg/day versus 7.02 ± 1.60 mg/day, for CEL of 1.69 ± 0.40 mg/day versus 9.03 ± 2.23 mg/day, and for MG-H1 of 13.44 ± 3.15 mg/day versus 49.67 ± 13.92 mg/day (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CEL and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
