We found that FN1 was significantly upregulated in the atrial fibrillation (P < 0.05, Figure 4A), heart failure (P < 0.01, Figure 4B), hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (P < 0.001, Figure 4C), chronic kidney disease (P < 0.05, Figure 4D), focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (P < 0.01, Figure 4E), and uremia (P < 0.001, Figure 4F) samples compared with control samples. The gene discussed is FN1; the disease is chronic kidney disease.
