The results of TISIDB website analysis showed that SERPINE1 could affect immune regulation, and the results of TIMER analysis showed that the expression of SERPINE1 was positively correlated with immune infiltration; through immunohistochemical detection of the expression of SERPINE1 in different pathological stages and grades of mucoid lesions, we found that the expression of SERPINE1 was positively correlated with the occurrence of GC, indicating that SERPINE1 may promote GC.
