GZMB and neoplasm: A number of other immune-stimulatory genes were also upregulated, including the gene encoding granzyme B (GzmB; Log2FC 2.74, FDR = 3.49e−09) and Klrk1 (Log2FC 1.15, FDR = 0.016), which encodes NKG2D, the major NK- and T-cell receptor for recognition and elimination of tumor cells.
