The results showed that gene expression, RNA metabolic process, amino acid metabolism, primary bile acid biosynthesis, and SNARE interactions in vesicular transport were enriched in the hsa_circRNA_001586-miR-4739/miR-7851-3p/miR-1273 g-3p-mRNAs network (Fig. S3a and b), whereas regulation of nitrogen compound metabolism, gene expression, MAPK, ErbB, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, and insulin resistance were enriched in the has_circRNA_012448-miR-378 g/miR-29b-2-5p-mRNAs network (Fig. S3c and d).
