The results showed that the expression of MAP1LC3B, ATG5, ATG10, RB1CC1, and AMBRA1 genes was significantly upregulated in AML patients as compared to the control group (7.18, 27.6, 36.8, 69.7, and 3.6 folds, respectively) (p < 0.0001). Here, RB1CC1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
