The results showed that the expression of MAP1LC3B, ATG5, ATG10, RB1CC1, and AMBRA1 genes significantly increased by 7.18, 27.6, 36.8, 69.7, and 3.6‐folds, respectively in AML patients as compared to the healthy controls (p < 0.0001) (Figure 1). Here, MAP1LC3B is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
