The results showed that the expression of MAP1LC3B, ATG5, ATG10, RB1CC1, and AMBRA1 genes was significantly upregulated in AML patients as compared to the control group (7.18, 27.6, 36.8, 69.7, and 3.6 folds, respectively) (p < 0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene ATG10 and acute myeloid leukemia.
