The results suggested that these 13 genes, including CACNA1C, PALLD, FHL1, PDLIM3, SGCA, PGM5, FERMT2, DMD, MYOCD, CALD1, CNN1, MYLK and SMTN, were more crucial to the pathogenesis of bladder cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MYLK and urinary bladder carcinoma.
