To verify the biological role of KMT2D in ESCC, we compared the expression levels of KMT2D in several cell lines including normal esophageal epithelial cells such as NE3, HET-1A and ESCC cell lines such as KYSE150, KYSE180, KYSE450, TE-5, and TE-9. This evidence concerns the gene KMT2D and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
