Among all these genes, higher expression of TWIST1 (Wang et al., 2015) and DLL3 (Takam Kamga et al., 2019) is revealed to be correlated with favorable prognosis in the patients with AML, whereas higher expression of LGALS1 (Ruvolo et al., 2020) has a poor outcome, which is consistent with our prediction. The gene discussed is LGALS1; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
