According to the risk value of each gene, ZFPM2, ZNF560, ZSCAN4, HMX2, HRASLS, LGALS1, LHX6, CCL23, and FAM155B were regarded as risk genes related to poor prognosis in patients with AML, whereas MXRA5, PCDHB12, PRINS, TMEM56, TWIST1, ASTN1, DLL3, EFNB3, and FOXL1 were associated with favorable prognosis. Here, FOXL1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
