The analysis revealed that the target gene of miRNA-30a-5p is mainly involved in signaling pathway including the Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Ubiquitin Mediated Proteolysis, Focal Adhesion, Wnt Signaling Pathway, Adherens Junction, apoptosis, B Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway, T Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway, Insulin Signaling Pathway, P53 Signaling Pathway, MAPK Signaling Pathway and Natural Killer Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity (Figure 3A). This evidence concerns the gene INS and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
