The results showed that the expression of GOLT1B was positively correlated with the infiltration of eight kinds of immune cells in breast cancer, including induced regulatory T (iTreg), natural regulatory T (nTreg), macrophages, monocytes, dendritic cells, central memory T cells, regulatory T cells, and type 1 helper T cells, and a significant negative correlation with CD4+T cells, gamma delta T (Tgd), helper follicular T (TFH), mucosal associated invariant T (MAIT), natural killer T (NKT), NK, and CD8+T cells (Figure 6B). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is breast carcinoma.
