All of the other somatic mutations detected (ATM, AKT, CHEK2, NRAS, CDKN2A, PTEN, NF1, RB1, FGFR1, ERBB2, PTEN, BRCA2) were identified in a percentage <2% of breast tumors as previously reported in the literature (8, 14). The gene discussed is ATM; the disease is breast neoplasm.
