Similar results showed that high SPHK1 expression was significantly associated with tumor invasion (T1-T2 vs. T3-T4) (OR = 2.16, 95% CI: 1.47-3.18, P < 0.001), lymph node metastasis (negative vs. positive) (OR = 2.04, 95% CI: 1.71-2.44, P < 0.001), and distant metastasis (negative vs. positive) (OR = 3.16, 95% CI: 2.44-4.09, P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene SPHK1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
