MTOR and glioblastoma: Activation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen, regulation of natural killer cell activation, response to oxidative stress, T cell related pathways, fatty acid metabolic process are higher in high FeAS GBM cells according to the GO enrichment analysis (Figure 4C); while pathways like MAPK signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway, B cell receptor signaling pathway, PD-L1 expression, and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer are activated in high FeAS GBM cells by conducting the KEGG enrichment analysis (Figure 4D).
