High UBE2C mRNA expression was significantly associated with shorter BC specific survival (BCSS) in the METABRIC cohort (p < 0.001, HR = 2.50, 95% CI 2.07–3.01; Fig. 1A), in the TCGA cohort (p = 0.006, HR = 2.41, 95% CI 2.01–2.90; Fig. 1B) and in the KM-Plotter BC online datasets (p < 0.001, HR = 1.76, 95% CI 1.57–1.96; Fig. 1C). Here, UBE2C is linked to breast cancer.
